How to Enter: To enter, visit Kringle.com navigate to the sweepstakes page, and complete the entry form by providing your full name, address and a valid email address. By entering, you also agree to receive marketing materials from Kringle.com, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
- Legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry
- Employees of Racine Danish Kringles and other companies associated with the promotion of the Contest, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible
Prize: One (1) winner will receive a free Kringle of their choice from the available selection on Kringle.com. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and must respond within 5 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be selected.
Privacy and Use of Contact Information: By entering the sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that the contact information you provide, including but not limited to your name and email address, will only be used for the purpose of notifying you if you win the sweepstakes and for sending you marketing materials related to Kringle.com. We value your privacy and assure you that your contact information will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third party without your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the email.
General Conditions: Kringle.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the sweepstakes. The sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
